In other news! Alright, Monday Morning I checked my blood sugar. 148, right after waking up.
This is BAD. For a non diabetic it should be no higher then 110 0_0 For me, 120 is a high normal.
So, that night, I go with isil_elen and excerise. Do about 6 minutes on a elliptical trainer, but hate it, and then do like 20 minutes on a weight machine.
The next morning, my body ached a bit, but not much. My blood sugar was down to 130. Ok, 18 point drop. Not bad. All I had to eat Monday was a peanut butter sammich for breakfast, 2 bowls of soup for lunch, and a sammich for dinner.
Tuesday - Breakfast was a sammich, Lunch was a bowl of soup, and then after lunch at around 4:30 I took a walk around the parking lot. Not sure exactly how FAR I went but it took me 20 minutes. Dinner was a sammich and a single serving of sunchips.
Wednesday my sugar was 110! YAY! I ate my sammich, lunch was a sammich, and dinner was, guess what, a sammich. I went to the gym again, did 6 minutes on the treadmill (walked a quarter mile), and then went to the weight machine. Around 10pm last night I got hungry and had 3 servings of tyson chicken nuggest. Low carb things they are. Went to bed at 11.
Thursday. Today. Sugar was at 114. Hrmmm I guess the nuggets did it to me :P I didnt have breakfast *BAD ME* and for lunch today I decided to do a little test. I ate a regular meal. Captains Catch at perkins, and a vanilla shake. When I got back from lunch I immediatly went and did the walk around works parking lot, and tonight when I get home I am gonna do 3 laps around the apartment complex (which is a mile!). Dinner shall be a sammich.
We shall see tomorrow if exercise can beat the sugar issue!
